Develop, maintain, and refactor the infrastructure platform for Evo applications
Work with the software architect to implement scalable, resilient systems
Deeply understand the architecture of the Evo applications and infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents
Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions for the team
Collaborate and coordinate work with a globally distributed team
Implement reliable CI/CD solutions for Evo applications
Stay up-to-date on the latest industry happenings related to DevOps
Provide security oversight and awareness for infrastructure and application

5+ years of system administration, site reliability engineering, or DevOps engineering experience
Deep understanding of Linux system administration
Experience with Grafana, Prometheus (or preferably, Victoria Metrics), and alerting
Solid experience using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
Extensive experience using AWS services, such as compute, RDS, EKS, ECR, and more
Strong understanding of APIs and web applications
Proficiency with SQL and databases like PostgreSQL and Redis
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration in a distributed team
Familiarity with container-native technologies, such as Docker

Performance testing and profiling Go and Rails applications
Experience with programming languages and frameworks: Go, Ruby on Rails, React.js
